Sitel Group® Named Three-Time Winner at European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards 2021

The award ceremony was hosted by renowned British journalist and TV presenter Fiona Bruce, with a surprise appearance from Italian horse racing jockey Frankie Dettori MBE.
