Veytec Uses Netformx SuccessXpert to Rapidly Pass Cisco’s Advanced CX Specialization Audit

Out-of-the-box tool enabled Regional Cisco Partner to achieve audit quickly with no CSM platform customization

SAN JOSE, Calif. & ORLANDO, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Netformx®, a leader supporting the IT solutions lifecycle from presales to renewals for IT solution and service providers and distributors, announced today that Veytec has used Netformx SuccessXpert™ to pass the tooling portion of the Cisco Advanced Customer Experience (CX) Specialization audit. Veytec is an innovative, one-stop regional Premier Cisco Partner that designs, implements, and maintains converged communication networks for small and mid-sized clients.

Until now, Cisco Partners anxious to get their Advanced CX tooling in place for the audit had no alternative but to select a generic Customer Success Management (CSM) platform. They endured costly and extensive build out process to customize the platforms in an effort to align with Cisco’s requirements. However, Veytec chose to wait for the Netformx partner-ready solution to be available. They knew, based on previous experience, that Netformx’ vast expertise in building tools for Cisco Partners would be incorporated to streamline their CX motions and provide ongoing access to Cisco data.

As an early adopter of Netformx SuccessXpert while it was still in Alpha, Veytec became one of the first 20 Cisco partners in the US and the first Regional Cisco partner to achieve Cisco Advanced CX Specialization status. This accomplishment positions them to compete directly with much larger Gold Partners while offering a more localized personal experience.

SuccessXpert was particularly valuable to Veytec since it could be used out of the box without requiring Veytec to hire developers or consultants. Tight API integration with multiple Cisco platforms and database systems enabled consolidation of customer and deal information. With SuccessXpert now generally available, by using the dashboards, Veytec can quickly understand customer issues and prioritize resources to address them. In minutes instead of weeks, and at a single glance, SuccessXpert customer health scores and utilization metrics allow Veytec to catch and address issues they might not have seen previously.

Netformx Application Suite provides automation and insights to simplify the complexity of providing end-customers with future-ready IT solutions that increase profitability for Cisco partners and solution providers and leverage rewards and rebates. Users deliver a better customer experience from presales to renewal with ongoing access to consolidated, and digestible distributor and vendor data combined with applied logic to ensure users have the right data at the right time to deliver value to the customer throughout their digital transformation journey.
