Ericsson Releases New ConsumerLab Service Satisfaction Report

Ericsson’s latest ConsumerLab report on user satisfaction and user loyalty, 5G Value: Turning Performance into Loyalty, was just released and it raises fascinating CSP business cases for 5G as growing numbers of global subscribers express their enthusiasm for 5G services. The comprehensive research report reflects the views of an estimated 1.5 billion consumers globally, including about 650 million 5G customers, as part of an Ericsson research series which has tracked the evolution of the 5G consumer market since 2019.
