Content Guru Updates Contact Centre Solution To Empower Agents and Improve Productivity

Innovator in cloud communications technology, Content Guru, has announced the release of new updates to its award-winning contact center solution, storm®, including significant enhancements in accessibility, flexibility and ease of use.

storm DTA® – Content Guru’s omni-channel, intuitive agent desktop – has been redesigned to improve productivity and accessibility for agents, and especially those with disabilities. DTA’s latest updates include a new visual design in line with the latest User Interface (UI) conventions; a flexible layout to suit all users; and changes to render the interface small-screen device friendly. The new version of DTA is fully compliant with the most up-to-date Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG v2.1 AA) and is suitable for users with a broad range of disabilities, including blindness and low vision, limited movement, and photosensitivity.

Martin Taylor, Deputy CEO and Co-Founder of Content Guru, commented: “We are delighted to announce the release of a new, highly accessible agent interface for our customers. The new updates will enable improved workflow, greater accessibility for disabled users, and a more flexible interface for those using a keyboard- and mouse-driven structure. DTA now features a high contrast color scheme as well as screen reader support.

“We are investing more than ever in our Research and Development program, and we will continue to keep our product roadmap in line with the ever-evolving needs of Content Guru’s customers whilst maintaining our technical advantage in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) marketplace. We look forward to rolling out these updates and seeing our clients reap the benefits of our work.” Taylor concludes.
