SugarCRM Continues Global Expansion with Growing Presence in Latin America

The Signing of Master Distributor Technology Coast Partners Bolsters Sugar’s Market Presence and Commitment in The Region

CUPERTINO, Calif. – October 5, 2021 – SugarCRM today announced the company continues its global expansion, adding new resources to fuel its growing presence in Latin America. The announcement comes as Sugar continues to experience double-digit growth in the region and is currently on track to achieve 23 percent year-over-year growth for the current fiscal year.

In addition to scaling up the company’s in-country workforce, Sugar has signed Technology Coast Partners (TCP) as its new master distributor in Latin America, rounding out its vibrant ecosystem of partners in the region.

With over two and a half decades of experience selling ERP and other enterprise software solutions in the region, including Epicor, Procore, and e2Open, TCP has a strong track record of accelerating digital transformation for mid-size and large manufacturing and distribution companies in Latin America.

TCP will provide sales, marketing, channel development and support to its network of resellers, significantly expanding Sugar’s presence and resources in the region. Based out of Miami, TCP has regional offices in all major markets in Latin America, including Mexico and Argentina – key markets for Sugar’s regional expansion – in addition to a powerful business network of local value partners that covers all main countries in the region.

“Customer experience in the manufacturing and distribution sectors is a top priority,” said Gonzalo F. Núñez, President and CEO, Technology Coast Partners. “The SugarCRM platform provides tightly integrated marketing, sales, and customer service capabilities, including SugarPredict which brings data-fueled AI, to help brands elevate their customer experience. SugarCRM also supports seamless integration with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to maximize efficiency and visibility for sales, marketing and customer service teams.”

“We are pleased to welcome Technology Coast Partners as our master distributor and go-to-market partner in Latin America,” said Jason Rushforth, SugarCRM General Manager and Senior Vice President, Americas. “It’s crucial for manufacturers and distributors to build long-term, loyal and profitable customer relationships. SugarCRM and Technology Coast Partners will empower staff on the customer front lines with a platform that makes the hard things easier to provide the kind of customer experiences necessary to create customers for life.”

Welcome

The vision behind everything in Futurum’s Custom Research practice is this: research should show you what is happening, what comes next, and what to do about it. It should be personal to each audience, easy for people to grasp, and structured so LLMs can reason over it accurately. And it should be fast and turnkey; you want answers now, not another project to carry for quarters.

Whether you are defining business, channel, or go-to-market strategy; evaluating vendors or justifying ROI; or commissioning research to fill an emerging market need, we have your back, with a program that answers your questions with the objectivity and credibility to drive real decisions.

To do it, we bring unmatched data to bear: Futurum research, surveys, and market projections; validated market feeds; ETR’s 15 years of insight from 10,000 technology decision-makers; G2’s buyer and user data; and what our analysts hear every day. Add leading primary collection, from AI-moderated voice interviews to surveys and analyst-led interviews, all turnkey, and every project comes out credible, nuanced, and actionable.

And we don’t just drop the results in your lap. For internal work, we provide analyst-led sessions, interactive dashboards, and a range of formats. For market-facing work, Futurum delivers turnkey activation and amplification that actually gets seen, by people and by LLMs, through our media and share of voice. This is research that moves decisions and markets.

We will meet you wherever you are, from a fast-turn brief to a multi-year program, and shape the work to your goals, timeline, and budget. The right program for your moment.

If any of this is useful, I would love to talk.
