New York, 21 September, 2021 – Pipedrive, the leading CRM for sales and marketing teams, today introduced new value-based growth plans, designed to meet the needs of small- and medium-sized businesses in search of more personalized and customizable CRM solutions. The new plan offerings account for the size and complexity of customers, helping them decide which features get the most value for growing their business and hitting revenue goals.

“We are witnessing an upward trend toward customized solutions in various industries, from healthcare to ecommerce and manufacturing. But with numerous tools to choose from, customers often are not matched to the best plans for their continued business growth. Our comprehensive product usage data and in-depth interviews with customers also suggest that organizations need tailored solutions for developing their business,” said Pipedrive CEO, Dominic Allon.

“As we grow alongside our customers, we are introducing a value-based pricing model to offer them the flexibility to pick plans and offerings that are optimized specifically for the size and complexity of their business. Now, organizations can focus on what is truly important in their work and invest in the tools and features necessary for hitting revenue goals.”

Over the past 11 years, Pipedrive has been growing together with its customers from a single sales pipeline tool to a full lead-to-customer business platform with four plan tiers and multiple add-ons. With numerous lead-to-customer tools available, Pipedrive’s newly redesigned growth plans take into account the real product usage of customers, making it easier for customers to choose between different options.

Pipedrive has four growth plans: Essential, Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise. From getting started and organized, to improving efficiency using automation, to optimizing performance through analytics, or streamlining collaboration with unlimited customization, each plan is carefully designed to fulfill the specific needs of different customers, making it easier to decide which plan is the right one for their business. The pricing of each plan has not changed, but they now have specific features included tailored to each individual plan. The new growth plans are in effect as of September 21, 2021.
