Insightly Expands Leadership Team with Appointments of CMO and CSO

Leader in Customer Relationship Management Makes Key Hires to Keep Pace with Exponential Company Growth

November 30, 2021 — San Francisco, CA — Today, Insightly, the innovator in customer relationship management (CRM), is announcing the expansion of its leadership team with the appointments of Chip House as its new Chief Marketing Officer and David Osborne, Chief Sales Officer. House joins Insightly with over 25 years of marketing and customer success leadership with B2B SaaS companies. Most recently, House served as CMO of SharpSpring, which was acquired by Constant Contact in 2021 and earlier in his career, was the first marketing leader at ExactTarget, helping to scale it to a $2.7 Billion acquisition by Salesforce in 2013. Osborne is a results-driven leader specializing in building and scaling teams to drive exponential growth and category creation. Prior to joining Insightly, Osborne served as Vice President, Enterprise for Qualtrics, which was acquired by SAP for $8 Billion in 2018.

“Chip and David bring the expertise and proven track records to help Insightly continue to scale, while ensuring we deliver on the promise of the unified approach for managing the customer experience,” said Anthony Smith, CEO of Insightly. “We are in the midst of a monumental shift in the way businesses engage with their customers and Insightly is committed to helping companies evolve – with Chip and David on our team, we are well poised to deliver.”

The news comes on the heels of the recent launch of Insightly Service, a customer service and support ticketing product and the newest addition to the Insightly unified suite of customer relationship management applications. Insightly’s revolutionary platform incorporates service with CRM, marketing and more to deliver a complete view of customer interactions across the entire buying experience to optimize touchpoints and drive revenue.

“The customer experience has undoubtedly evolved over the past two years – and is at the center of every business decision today,” said House. “Insightly is a forward-thinking company that has built a completely cohesive customer approach from the ground-up to ensure businesses can make the most of every touchpoint and align their teams around a single source of truth. The company is backed by an incredibly talented team, and I’m looking forward to helping support the next phase of growth and market opportunity.”

“Customers expect businesses to anticipate their needs more than ever before – and Insightly has developed a platform that helps companies stay ahead of issues and proactively manage relationships in a more robust and meaningful way,” added Osborne. “I’m thrilled to be part of this game-changing approach and know that it is truly the future of customer engagement.”
