Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Analytics IQ Dashboards

TTEC Launches Two AI Solutions

Access the Dashboard: Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Analytics IQ Dashboards

Overview:

Going far beyond static text-based reports with locked in tables and graphs, Futurum Intelligence puts the control in your hands to dive deep, pull in close to look at segmentation, growth, percentage share, recent and emerging trends, and to pull back and see the entire market landscape. Soon, Copilot will enable ChatGPT4 intelligence to create personalized inquiries, data views, and reports. Filter, slice, and export all data for use within your organization.

Our Artificial Intelligence (AI) dashboard has been built up from data, insight, and analysis of the major vendors representing the largest market segments. Our lead analyst for AI has over 10 years’ experience as a senior analyst and 6 years’ experience as an expert in AI. The dashboards are built from 42,000 unique data cells. Sources and methodology are included within every dashboard. And the lead analyst is available for inquiries as you explore your interest in the AI dataset.

The AI IQ subscription includes 10 different dashboards – a total market tree, total market overview, and two dashboards for each of 4 market segments including AI Cloud Compute, Development Tools & Platforms, End-to-End AI Applications, SaaS & Imbedded AI.

The Market Data segment dashboards have 5 different selectable filters – Worldwide/Region, Year, Product Type, Use Case, and Industry. The % growth / % share segment dashboards have 7 filters – % Growth / % Share, Worldwide/Region, Year, Product Type, Use Case, Industry, and in the tile in the top right, in the top left of this tile, there is a user selection for Industry or Product Type filtering for % Growth or % Share based on your filter selection.

Each dashboard tile within Market Data or % Growth / % Share dashboards has a menu in the top right-hand corner […] accessible by first clicking in the tile, then clicking on […] to bring up the menu. In each menu, users can show the graphic as a table, export the data, and select other functions.

Below the globe on the dashboards (all except for the Market Tree dashboard), is a tile entitled: “Ask Questions About Data.” This allows users via Natural Language prompts (a written question) to gain a quick numerical answer, custom tables, or graphs solely from the Futurum Intelligence CX dataset.

Currently, responses are limited to numerical answers and the presentation of tables and graphs, e.g., “show me cloud revenue for 2023” returns an answer of “$46.6B” or “show me a pie chart of revenue by use case for 2023” – and the user will be presented with a pie chart. Soon, Futurum Intelligence will add Generative AI to allow Natural Language prompts to return written summary reports, numerical data, and the presentation of tables and charts.

Selected views are saved while in a session and moving between dashboards. By hovering over and clicking on the AI icon in the top right-hand corner of each page, this resets all filers and returns the dashboard to the default view (home view). Hovering over and clicking on The Futurum Group logo will return the user to the Introduction page where they can navigate to another dashboard.
