Talkdesk Earns TrustRadius Awards for Feature Set, Value, Relationship

Users of trusted business technology reviews site score Talkdesk ‘best of’ in key contact center categories

SAN FRANCISCO – Jan. 12, 2022 – TrustRadius has recognized Talkdesk®, Inc., a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, with 2022 Best Of Awards for Feature Set, Value, and Relationship in the Contact Center category.

With almost 400 verified reviews, Talkdesk emerged as a valuable player in each category with high scores in the following areas:

  • 9.3 out of 10 for recording
  • 9.1 out of 10 for live reporting
  • 9.0 out of 10 for warm transfer
  • 8.9 out of 10 for interactive voice response

“Talkdesk has earned an award for Best Feature Set, Best Value for Price, and Best Relationship in the Contact Center category on TrustRadius,” said Megan Headley, vice president of Research, TrustRadius. “These awards are based entirely on feedback from Talkdesk customers. Reviewers highlight the VoIP call quality, simple interface, IVR flow, and integration to CRM and helpdesk systems.”

To win a Best Of Award in each category, a nominated organization must receive a minimum of 10 TrustRadius reviews from July to November. Best Value for Price Award winners have provided accurate pricing in their product profiles to help buyers. Winners rank amongst the top three positions of their category. Extra vetting via textual review analysis was also performed by the TrustRadius research team.

The TrustRadius Best Of Awards recognize products that have the highest percentage of positive Key Insights statistics. Based entirely on customer feedback, they have never been influenced by analyst opinion or status as a TrustRadius customer. A detailed criteria breakdown on the methodology and scoring that TrustRadius uses to determine Best Of winners can be found here.

TrustRadius previously awarded Talkdesk the 2021 Top Rated Awards for Call Center Workforce Optimization and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), as well as the 2021 Top Rated awards for Contact Center Software and Call Recording
