ImmunoTek Bio Centers Launches Its First Donor Experience Program with InMoment

SALT LAKE CITY–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ImmunoTek Bio Centers, an emerging biotech company, partners with InMoment®, the leading provider of Experience Improvement (XI)™, to launch its first customer experience program.

ImmunoTek Bio Centers is committed to the safe collection and procurement of human blood plasma from the public to beat the expected strain on global blood plasma supply. The biotech company’s mission is to enhance the lives of their employees, donors, and patients through the expert collection of plasma.

Partnering with InMoment, ImmunoTek Bio Centers has launched its first-ever donor feedback program. The program includes email, web and SMS surveys for both new donors and returning donors. Using InMoment’s XI case management technology and advanced text analytics, ImmunoTek Bio Centers will have a better understanding of their donors’ experience. This intelligence gathered will inform actions the biotech company takes to increase awareness and traffic to donor centers and improve the experience of donating plasma for their donors overall.

“Recently surpassing our 50th center milestone, the new donor feedback program will enable us to better listen to our donors and quickly respond to their needs as our growth continues,” Sandy Santo, Director of Marketing of ImmunoTek Bio Centers.
