QuestionPro Acquires Digital Qualitative Research Provider Digsite

Addition Allows the Combination of Qualitative and Quantitative Capabilities

QuestionPro acquires Digsite

QuestionPro, an online survey and research services provider with solutions for both CX and employee experience (EX), announced it has acquired Digsite. Digsite’s qualitative tools will be available alongside QuestionPro’s full suite of enterprise-level software and services.

Digsite was founded in 2014, and performs social media-style qualitative research via a market research platform. The platform has the ability to collect experiences and open-ended feedback online, allowing companies to quickly receive and act on feedback without the coordination and expense of focus groups. This has applications for improved customer relationships and experiences as it opens the ability for customers to become co-creators in building new products, services, and communications. The capability for agile two-way qualitative conversations can be leveraged with both customers and employees.

Specific benefits enabled by this technology include:

  • Onboarding of high-frequency members into specialized milestone-based communities from social media and other channels to conduct consumer research and real-time research
  • Engaging with consumers to capture experiences and insights through interactive and engaging conversations, which can include individual and group discussions, video interviews, and other media types
  • Quick quantitative pulse projects to validate hypotheses through quick turnaround studies combining structured questions and open-ended tasks
  • Transformation of insights with iterative learning to evaluate ideas and make decisions

“Digsite’s agile research solutions combined with QuestionPro’s robust survey and community capabilities mean companies can seamlessly integrate qual+quant research,” says Monika Rogers, CEO of Digsite. “Clients can learn and iterate quickly, reducing their reliance on outside consulting services.”

“Real-time qualitative exploratory research has become a critical part of evolving brands as they respond to a rapidly changing marketplace,” says Vivek Bhaskaran, Founder and CEO of QuestionPro. “It’s now more critical than ever for brands to have access to both qualitative and quantitative research – and the combination of QuestionPro and Digsite does just that.”

QuestionPro has been steadily broadening its offerings with new product introductions, acquisitions, and partnerships.
