Arkivio is one of the three key modules in Rocket Arkivio, which also includes Arkivio Autoexplore to analyze the environment for storage optimization and data management, and Arkivio Automigrate to provide automated data migration for consolidation.

Arkivio collects and analyzes detailed information about storage utilization and the relevance of data files in order to classify and prioritize data and storage resources. It enables administrators to create policies that automate data management including migration, move, copy, retention, and clean-up functions. This allows users to consolidate and optimize resources across their storage environment with the objective of optimizing its operational efficiency.
