Lenovo’s TruScale is its as-a-Service brand for storage and servers, including its ThinkSystem DM storage and ThinkAgile HCI systems.

TruScale Infrastructure Services is subscription-based and allows customers to use and pay for Lenovo hardware that is often integrated with OEM software from partners such as Microsoft, Nutanix, VMware (vSAN), Red Hat and Veeam. TruScale can be delivered and supported within an on-premises data center or another customer-preferred location such as a colocation facility. Customers are not required to purchase equipment or to separately license the pre-integrated software.

Lenovo’s TruScale Infrastructure Services for ThinkSystem storage and ThinkAgile servers include hardware installation, deployment services, proactive management, maintenance and end-of-term removal. Lenovo will also assign a Customer Success Manager to conduct quarterly reviews and analyze capacity trends.
