CloudCasa is Catalogic’s backup and restore offering for Kubernetes environments and cloud-hosted databases. It is delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS), and it complements Catalogic DPX, the vendor’s enterprise data protection product.

Currently, CloudCasa offers three tiers/pricing plans, based on the worker nodes, capacity protected, and features required by the customer:

  • Includes persistent volume and database snapshots (maximum 30 day retention)

  • 3 users/organization

  • Multi-cluster, multi-cloud management of Velero
  • Centralized logging, monitoring, alerting, reporting, auditing
  • Guided recoveries
  • Standard support
  • Pricing based on worker node count
• CloudCasa Pro
  • Immutability (SafeLock and Object Lock)
  • Unlimited retention
  • API keys for automation
  • Security scanning
  • Unlimited users/organization
  • Standard support
  • Pricing based on data protected, with 1TB/5TB/20TB base and custom plans
