Pipedrive Transforms 2022 Business Directive with Two New Senior Hires

Appointment of Shaun Shirazian as Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Agur Jõgi as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) sees a prosperous new directive for 2022.

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pipedrive, the sales-first CRM and intelligent revenue management platform for small businesses, today announces two new C-suite hires as it strengthens its business prospects heading into 2022. The addition of the two new executives adds strong new experience, aiming to positively impact the company’s customer proposition and securing its growth as an intelligent revenue platform for SMBs.

Shaun Shirazian, the company’s new CPO, will develop and execute Pipedrive’s product journey and mapping for the sales-first CRM platform. His responsibilities include leading Pipedrive’s product teams and localization across global markets. Agur Jõgi, CTO, aims to deliver growth and innovation at Pipedrive, developing the company’s world class technology capability.

As Pipedrive prepares for the next chapter of its exponential growth, garnering a strong leadership team with the right skill sets and experience will benefit its entire cycle of value creation.

Shaun Shirazian joins Pipedrive from Intuit where he spent the last 12 years starting and scaling a variety of products and businesses aimed at helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive. For the last six years he has worked in Brazil and the UK, leading product teams across the Americas and EMEA. Most recently, he was the Country Manager for the Rest of World business at QuickBooks. Prior to that he spent four years at Procter & Gamble in Brand Management. As a son of a small business owner he knows first-hand how rewarding and difficult business can be.

Shirazian will succeed current CPO, Krishna Panicker, who said: “As Pipedrive is in the process of shifting from the sales-first CRM to adding revenue management to our product, I’m confident Pipedrive will conquer new peaks with Shaun at the helm.”

Agur Jõgi joins Pipedrive after working as a Strategy and Innovation Lead at Deloitte NEXT, focusing on helping organizations discover new business growth opportunities. He has executive level (CIO, CTO, COO) experience in the IT, Banking and Telecom sectors, where he has been defining and leading organization level digital transformation programs. In doing so, he combines traditional business strategy skillset and his co-founder experiences from the startup industry.

Succeeding current CTO, Sergei Anikin, who has been part of the Pipedrive executive team for four years and has led the company’s engineering and IT departments for eight years, spoke on Jõgi’s appointment. “As my time at Pipedrive comes to a natural end, I’m delighted to hand my role and the teams over to someone I have complete trust and confidence in and who is well respected in our industry already.”

CEO Dominic Allon has been instrumental in the development of the Pipedrive executive team and said, “2021 has been a very strong year for Pipedrive as we have focused on understanding and serving customers, and driven high revenue growth. As we head into an exciting 2022, we welcome two new faces to the executive team, and I am certain that Shaun and Agur’s extensive experience will accelerate us into our next chapter of innovation and growth.”
