Dash Network Joins The Futurum Group

CX and EX Focus Will Remain Strong; New Investment to Expand Coverage in Enterprise Software

The Futurum Group Acquires Dash Network

We were pleased to announce this week that Dash Network has been acquired by The Futurum Group, a family of industry research, advisory, and media companies focused on analyzing emerging and market-disrupting technologies. Headquartered in Austin, Texas and maintaining deep client relationships with leading technology companies around the world, Futurum has quickly become a dynamic, disruptive, and highly visible and influential player in the technology research and advisory business. We are excited to join forces with other companies within the group to provide a unique level of insight and advice as clients strive to navigate the ever-changing technology landscape in a time of economic uncertainty.

With this combination, the entire Dash Network team will remain onboard and will continue our digital media and market intelligence focus on CX and EX, in addition to expanding our focus to the broader world of enterprise software including SaaS, AI, and other key sectors. We will continue to operate under the Dash Network and Dash Research brands, as a subsidiary of The Futurum Group and in close collaboration with sister organizations Futurum Research, Wainhouse Research, and Evaluator Group. My partner Jonathan Keller and I will continue to lead the new Dash Research as managing directors within The Futurum Group.

The acquisition allows more resources for rapid growth, and we see this combination as an extraordinary opportunity to leverage an expanded market presence and set of capabilities to enhance the content for our readers, strengthen the level of service provided to our clients, increase the depth and insight provided by our editorial and research content, and broaden the scope of our industry coverage.

The journey ahead is an exciting one, and we look forward to continuing to work with all of you along the way as we work to provide actionable market insights on the quickly-evolving world of enterprise software. Thank you to all of our readers and clients for your support and encouragement since we launched Dash Network in 2021, as well as to our Dash Network team for all their diligent work in taking the business to the next level.
