Content Guru Announces New Partnership With Bechtle AG

As part of its global expansion drive, Content Guru, leading provider of cloud contact center solutions, has announced a new partnership with Bechtle, Germany’s largest IT system integrator and leading IT provider in Europe.

This strategically important partnership combines Content Guru’s expertise in omnichannel Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions delivered through the cloud, and Bechtle’s large customer base in the EMEA region. The partnership will see Bechtle offering Content Guru’s award-winning storm® cloud platform as a CCaaS solution in a defined customer segment.

storm is used worldwide by large B2B and B2C companies across all industries to deliver world-class customer service across all communication channels. storm’s virtually limitless scalability in the cloud has enabled large enterprises and public sector organizations to handle unprecedented contact volumes throughout the COVID pandemic. When coronavirus hit, storm supported Europe’s largest employer, the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), to handle up to a 1400% increase in incoming calls to the 111 Urgent Care hotline from people concerned about the virus.
