CARiNA from ComputerTel Helps Customers Capture and Manage Valuable Client Data

CARiNA solution now rated “Avaya Compliant” with Avaya OneCloud™ UCaaS solutions

MANCHESTER, ENGLAND – December 8

Digital transformation and customer experience specialists, FourNet, today announced that the CARiNA voice recorder solution from its subsidiary ComputerTel is compliant with key Avaya OneCloud™ UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) solutions, helping customers capture and store valuable client interactions whilst maintaining compliance. Avaya is a global leader in solutions that enhance and simplify communications and collaboration.

ComputerTel’s CARiNA Recording is an innovative call recording solution that allows customers to reliably record, store and effortlessly play back business calls. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with the Avaya Aura® 8.1 and Avaya IP Office™ 11.1 platforms.

“This is a significant milestone and is great news for ComputerTel, FourNet and Avaya customers,” said Richard Pennington, CEO of FourNet. “This compliance testing helps ensure customers can seamlessly integrate the CARiNA solution into their Avaya infrastructure.”

“Technology partners like FourNet understand the importance our mutual customers place on DevConnect compliance testing,” said Susy Liem, Avaya vice president of Product Management. “This compliance testing means customers can confidently add ComputerTel’s CARINA solution, helping them comply with industry standards.”

FourNet is a Technology Partner in the Avaya DevConnect program, part of the Avaya Experience Builders™ network of Avaya experts, partners, developers, and customers. This unique global collaborative is uniquely positioned to deliver the next-gen customer and employee experiences businesses need through the Avaya OneCloud™ AI-Powered Experience platform. Partners in the DevConnect program develop, market, and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network.

As a Technology Partner, FourNet can submit products to Avaya for compliance testing, where a team of DevConnect engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify its Avaya compatibility. This enables customers to confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure—helping speed deployment of new applications and reduce both network complexity and implementation costs.
