Emplifi Names Todd McCaslin Chief Technology Officer

McCaslin brings a proven track record building and leading global SaaS technology teams, defining best-in-class technology strategies and driving fast-paced innovation

New York, December 1, 2021 – Emplifi, the leading unified customer experience platform, today announced the appointment of Todd McCaslin as Chief Technology Officer reporting directly to Emplifi CEO Mark Zablan. McCaslin will lead global technology development and engineering teams responsible for building Emplifi’s products and platforms, as well as oversee the company’s internal technology infrastructure.

Todd will play an integral role in maintaining and accelerating Emplifi’s leadership position as a top CX platform by driving innovation and ensuring all SaaS offerings seamlessly integrate to provide a unified marketing, commerce, and customer care solution powered by artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining Emplifi, McCaslin spent the last two years as Chief Technology Officer for Selligent Marketing Cloud, leading the company’s engineering, product enablement, product marketing, product management and IT/MIS teams. During his seven-year tenure at Selligent, McCaslin also served as Chief Product Officer and the executive leader of the company’s global Solutions Consulting organization. He comes to Emplifi with more than two and a half decades of experience in the software industry, holding technology leadership roles at organizations like Oracle and DigitasLBi.
