Craig Durr: Hey everyone, this is Craig Durr with Wainhouse Research. We’re here live at ISE 2023. I’m excited to share this next interview with you. We’re speaking to Holger Reisinger. He’s the SVP of Professional and Enterprise Solutions at Jabra. Holger, how are you doing?

Holger Reisinger: Very good, thank you. Thanks for having me.

Craig Durr: Hey, we are excited to have Jabra here altogether. I mean, you guys are a platinum sponsor and I know you brought the whole team out en force. But it’s something really interesting about that being in person versus some research of yours I just recently read. There was something along the lines that you were talking about, 80% of the meetings that customers are going through right now happen to be virtual or someone’s remote versus the 20% in person, right? Now, this has created some really interesting challenges for people. How are you addressing these challenges in that space?

Holger Reisinger: So from the very same research, 69% of the employees say that the hybrid work model is the ideal work arrangement for them. But the same respondents are only 30% of them strongly agree that their organization provides the technology to work in an inclusive and equitable way from anywhere. So for businesses, it means that they have to really zoom in and prioritize employee experiences, making sure that anyone can be productive and thrive in any virtual meeting. So the best way, the first thing is to look out for the right technology that enables both in-office and remote employees to collaborate on an equal playground and that they can then transition and move seamlessly between these two environments without the feeling of being unheard, not included or even disrupted.

Craig Durr: Right. One of those key things I think we’re talking about is that meeting experience is inverted. It’s almost as if those people that are in the group environment now are the ones at a disadvantage, right? Having more difficulty being heard, being seen, seeing content as well. But this is something you’re thinking about this. How are you solving these challenges in this new hybrid work world?

Holger Reisinger: Absolutely. So more than ever before, it’s important for employees to be heard clearly on calls and to speak freely when talking to colleagues and customers without being interrupted, especially as you said that meetings are virtual, that’s the new norm. We have seen it firsthand that technology plays an important role in employee inclusion in virtual meetings. At Jabra, when we develop our products, we look at everything, and the most important thing is to develop new experiences that enable people to focus on the conversation. So if you take Jabra Evolve family of products as an example, we are setting new standards for people to have these great experience in those virtual environments.

So it is about the best microphone technology that is killing all surrounding sound. It’s about great ANCs that adapts to the environment. It’s about a build quality that is sturdy and really supports the professional, but also the looks that it’s appealing compared to consumer devices. Last but not least, comfort that enables you an all day varying experience. Then if you take Jabra Evolve Buds, it’s a fantastic product that we have designed for the professionals for best concentration but also for collaboration on the go. It is certified by the major UC platform providers, including Zoom and Microsoft. It features the latest technologies that filters out background noise and provide crystal clear audio.

Craig Durr: I love my Evolve2 earbuds. It works with the way I work. I love things such as the dual pairing or the USB dongle that allows me to have a secure, well-established connection between me and my PC environment. But talking products, because you and I really enjoy products, what are some people expected to see if they go down on the showroom floor and visit the Jabra booth?

Holger Reisinger: Yeah, this ISE is really exciting. We have launched this morning the Jabra, the first Java collaboration bar. So it has a built-in compute unit. So that’s all what you need in a meeting. I mean, we have transformed already collaboration for being more inclusive and more productive for everyone. So now at this show, we have a full portfolio of collaboration product, including the video bar system I was just talking about, Jabra PanaCast. It’s a room system solution. Then Jabra PanaCast 50, also is a bring your own meeting solution. Then of course, the full range of personal devices including the Jabra Evolve headsets, personal cameras and personal speaker phones.

Craig Durr: Right. I love it. Hey, I want nothing more than for everyone to go visit the booth and see the PanaCast family of products as well as the Evolve family of products as well too. Thank you so much for your time. Everyone, thank you for staying with us. Please visit the Jabra booth down and we’re coming to you live again from ISE 2023.

Holger Reisinger: Thank you.

Craig Durr: Thank you, Holger.
